MD-Series currently supports
Damage to the device can be broken down into two types: internal software failures and external hardware failures. Software failure is caused by an issue in the boot partition that makes the device appear broken as the boot-up process becomes abnormal and repetitive. However, the data acquisition process only requires the data partition, so data extraction and analysis is still possible. Hardware failure can be caused by physical problems with the volume or home button, USB port, etc, that prevent data acquisition. In these cases, data extraction and analysis is possible through HancomGMD's skill and experience. In cases where the mobile device has suffered severe fire or water damage, data can be extracted and analyzed by chipping off the memory where the data is saved.
